Flashing Accton MR3201A or Fonera under Windows

First install WinPCAP (website)
Download 2 firmware files: rootfs and kernel
Download and execute flash utility from here
Select both firmware files
Power off router, connect the router to your pc
Click on "flash now". The flash utility will wait for you router to power on.
Power on your router
The flash utility should then detect your router then flash it.
It should take several minutes.
Once flashed, connect the router to the internet, then restart it.
